What can you expect when we call you...​​

We will submit two quotes to the email address you provided. The first quote will have the service(s) that you requested. The Second Quote will include most of the other services we offer, and you can keep it for your records in case you need any of these services in the future. There is no obligation or any action required for the second quote.

How can you provide me with a quote without visiting my property?​​

​We can access your property online through realtor websites, Google Earth, Zillow, and other similar platforms. We can get a 360-degree view of both the outside and inside. This saves you time by eliminating the need for scheduling and allows us to offer you lower pricing. 

If you would like to speak with someone sooner rather than later, please call (509) 319-7757.. If we're able to answer, we're currently assisting another customer outside of our business hours. Our business hours of operation are Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  We will respond to you within 2  hours from the time you submit the contact form. We will leave three voicemails on three separate days if you do not answer, and then remove our name from your list and wait for you to call us if we can ot reach you.
